Are your products non-toxic and eco-friendly?
Yes! All our apparel is made from 100% cotton and are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning it’s free from harmful chemicals. Our non-clothing products (like mugs and door mats) are also completely non-toxic and microplastic-free—because your health matters, right down to what you wear and use daily. How do I take care of my HolisticAF apparel?
To keep your shirts looking fresh:
- Wash in cold water
- Turn inside out before washing
- Use mild detergent
- Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals (goes without saying in this space we know but still important to make not of)
- Air dry or tumble dry on low

How long does shipping take?
Since our products are made to order, processing times typically take 2-7 days, and shipping times depend on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- US & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–15 business days
-Australia & NZ: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs, or high demand. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us, and we’ll look into it for you.

What is your return policy?
Because our products are custom-made to order, we don’t accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please double-check sizing before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand by our quality! If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
